When God Wants to Accomplish Something

“When God wants to accomplish something... He will find the right person... He will find one who is trustworthy... He will find one who has faith in Him... He will find one who will obey His voice...He will find one who will not be distracted but who will remain focused and follow His instructions.” (c)


The message here emphasizes the characteristics that God seeks in a person when He desires to accomplish something significant. 


Let me start by reflecting on these qualities, and I invite you to share your thoughts by calling in throughout the programme.


As I understand it, when God has a divine purpose, He carefully selects those fit for the task. The Bible reveals the characteristics of such people:


1. Trustworthiness: God values those who can be trusted with His plans. 


Proverbs 28:20 NLT version says, “The trustworthy person will get a rich reward, but a person who wants quick riches will get into trouble.”


 Faithfulness and integrity are key traits that make someone trustworthy in God's eyes.


2. Faith in God: Faith is the foundation of our relationship with God. 


Hebrews 11:6 reminds us, “And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.”


God looks for those who trust in Him completely, even when the path is unclear.


3. Obedience: Obedience is crucial to fulfilling God's will. 


As Jesus said in John 14:15, ““If you love me, obey my commandments.”


Obedience demonstrates our love and commitment to God, enabling us to align with His divine purpose.


4. Focus and Discernment: In a world full of distractions, God seeks those who will not be swayed but remain focused on His instructions. 


Proverbs 4:25-27 advises, “Look straight ahead and fix your eyes on what lies before you. Mark out a straight path for your feet; stay on the safe path. Don’t get sidetracked; keep your feet from following evil.”


Staying focused on God’s direction is essential for fulfilling His will.


As we meditate on these qualities, let us pray for the grace to be found worthy of God's calling, to trust Him wholly, obey His voice without hesitation, and remain steadfast in our focus on His divine instructions. 


May we be the vessels through which God accomplishes His mighty works on earth.


I pray that we will allow God to help us to be trustworthy, full of faith, obedient, and focused on Him. 


Let us be ready instruments in God’s Hands, prepared to carry out His will.

Fresh Anointing and Worship

1. Worship Brings Us Into God’s Presence. Worship is the key to entering God’s presence. When we come before Him with a heart of praise, we position ourselves to experience His glory and receive a fresh anointing. • Scripture: “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name.” (Psalm 100:4) 2. Fresh Anoinring - Learning from The Genealogies in The Bible

Ever started reading the Bible from cover to cover and stopped by the time you reached Genesis chapter 4? That's when it started talking about who were descendants of who. Those scriptures in Genesis 4, 5, 10 & 11, Ruth 4 and 1 Chronicles 1 about the descendants of Cain and Seth, the genealogy from Adam to Noah and the descendants of Noah's sons, and the genealogy from Shem to Abram, from Perez to King David, and of Israel.
